Catechetical 

RCIA: The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (R.C.I.A.) is a program designed for those who are not Christian to enter into a program of learning and formation in our faith. It is also open to those who have already been baptized in other Christian churches but who are seeking to become members of the Roman Catholic Church. Those who are interested enter into the year-long program under the guidance of the RCIA team and individual sponsors. Throughout the year the whole parish community celebrates different stages in their conversion, culminating in their reception of the Sacraments of Initiation—i.e., Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist—during the Easter Vigil.

Marriage Preparation: The Marriage Preparation programme is designed for engaged couples as they prepare for marriage. After an initial meeting with one of the parish priests, the couple will be recommended for the programme. The programme provides them with information and education in order to help them have a healthy marriage, and it gives the opportunity for the couple to learn the importance of faith in their lives together. The programme is run by the Marriage Preparation and Family Life Office of the Catholic Family Services of Toronto. It is offered at our parish twice a year, and it consists of 6 weekly evening sessions.

Catechetical Programs: Our parish offers catechetical programs for all children preparing for the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation. Please see the Sacraments section for further details.
