Pastoral Council: The Pastoral Council consists of 4 elected members, (Kevin Klauke, Marianne Taylor, Stephen Somerville and John Wood), 4 appointed members (Caroline Berryman - CWL, Don Farnuum - KofC, Annette Brennan -Youth, Betty Klauke - Finance Council) and parish staff members (Pastor - Father Tim Hanley, Associate Pastor – Father Damian Young-Sam-You, Permanent Deacon – Doug McManaman). They join with the pastor of the parish and advise him on various matters of pastoral concern.

Finance Council: The parish Finance Council consists of parishioners who are appointed to consult with and advise the pastor on matters of financial concern. These matters include major expenditures and capital repairs, the preparation of the annual budget, and matters of employment. The Finance Council Members are as follows: Father Tim Hanley, Michelle Bertagnolli, Brian Brennan, Dennis Hopps, Elizabeth Klauke (Pastoral Council Representative) and Ian MacKinnon.

Building Committee: The Building Committee assists the pastor with matters specifically related to the building and design of the new church.

Decorating Committee: This committee is responsible for decorating the church according to the various liturgical seasons and celebrations. The Decorating Committee works closely with the pastor in order to create a prayerful atmosphere and worship that complements the liturgy.

Collection Counters: The collection counters are responsible for counting and banking each Sunday collection. There are teams of 4 or 5 members who rotate each weekend.

Volunteer Screening: It is the policy of the Archdiocese of Toronto that any volunteers for parish groups or ministries must go through a screening process. For ministries considered high risk this also includes references, an interview and a police check. The parish coordinates this screening process for new volunteers.

Parish Centre: Our parish hall and Lynett Hall are available for rentals when not in use for parish activities. Please contact the parish office for details.
